"Big Daddy"
Frizzle is a mutant in the chicken in which the feathers grow so that they curve outward, instead of lying smoothly along the bird's body. It can occur in many breeds.
Due to the Frizzle gene, you will usually only get 50% (on average) frizzled chicks and the other half cochin. All offspring will carry the frizzle gene for future offspring. You don't want to breed frizzle to frizzle.
